1- not that I know.
2- depends on the species. Usually, females start to be productive at an age well beyond the one mentioned in most care sheets anyway. Breeding 1-year old henkeli is almost a nonsense, it works better when they are 2 years old or more.
3- Depends on the species too. Bamboo is a must for lineatus, cork bark oak is a must for sikorae, sameiti and pietsch. Guentheris like ficus with small twigs (benjamina) and my lineatus also prefer thin branches or twigs to plants with larger branches. Otherwise I am using artificial plants and Asplenium nidus, plus some Spanish moss hanging from branches/lianas.
