Hey Tera
There really isn’t a “great caresheet” for uroplatus in general, though there are tons of collective writings and postings on sikorae. There is a great book, that has a lot of the info you seek published in it, just it isn’t that cheap, but well worth the money. I do know of a few great writings on phantasticus, fimbriatus, and henkeli, but nothing really dedicated to detailed info of sikorae.
Amazon.com: Keeping and Breeding Leaf-tailed Geckos: The Genus 'Uroplatus' (9783930612833): Sascha Svatck, Susanna van Duin: Books
As you may have found out in your search, Uroplatus aren’t the easiest to keep compared to other geckos like Crested or Leopards, but can be more rewarding once you master the conditions required for them. I would focus more on keeping and acclimating your Uroplatus sikorae first before really venturing in the breeding aspect. Look to the locations most sikorae are collected from in Madagascar and research those climates, weather, and flora/fauna/terrain. This will aid in your quest in gaining information on how to care/keep them.
In general, we are all still learning about Uroplatus. I have been into them for well over 11 years now (off and on) and found that with a 6 year absence, much has changed in both breeding and care, as I am now learning all over again.
The directions/tips I would point you in the most here is… look for climate requirements (heat/cooling and humidity) and most importantly, enclose size and dimensions.
Hope this helps pointing you into the right directions…
And keep an eye on
Uroplatus.org, as I am sure you will find great info there now and in the future!
