Neither are recommended for Uroplatus newbies. Additionally, it's gonna be difficult to get a hold of any for a while, though they'll appear in classifieds here and there.

When it comes to beginner Uroplatus, it's most often recommended to try henkeli, guentheri, or sikorae.

To piggyback off of Mike's suggestion, I'd narrow it down to Sikorae since you're more unlikely to find guentheri or henkeli.

U. henkeli really aren't that hard to find, there are some people that tend to breed them a lot, and some really fine ones at that. U. guentheri are reportedly very easy to breed, the US just happens to be pretty far behind Europe as far as establishing them widely in the hobby. However looking at how rare they were in the US just 5 or so years ago compared to nowadays, they'll possibly be turning up a bit more in the future.
