Thanks Yoshi'smom! BTW, I was very impressed with Armen for those of you that haven't had the opportunity to meet him. Very knowledgable and a great person. I really appreciate that he let these phants come home with me. They are so enjoyable to watch. I find that if there vivarium light is off they will still be active with the room/ambient light and I can watch them hunt and wave their tails at night. I assume the tail waving is some form of communication or maybe a hunting tactic to distract prey. Have there been any paper's written on this? The female is fattening up quite a bit and I wonder if she might be gravid. I'm going to buy some oak leaves to put in the bottom of the enclosure. As I mentioned in another post, I think one of my phants might have eaten some spagnum moss (orchid moss) and regurgitated it. So I'm removing all the moss and just using eco-earth.

Best wishes,
Mike
