Henkels are 7-8 inches before you can distinguish by hemepenal bulges.

fimbritatus got through quite a dramatic color/pattern change with age, juveniles look a lot like sikorae in coloration, covered in green mossy patches. That animal is well into adult coloration, there's a slight hint of the green still on it but at 7 months I'd put money on that being female. Fimbs grow extremely fast and bulges are visible normally by 6-7 inches in length.
