Default Day vs. night pics

I've been totally amazed at how different some of my uros looks from day to night, and wonder if anybody else would like share day/night pics??? Not all of them change drastically, some of them look about the same at night as they do in the day. Others look like a totally different animal.

I'll start with the most contrasting animal I have, a U. Fimbriatus female. I think she's about 300% prettier during the day, lucky for me

I am surprised this isn't discussed more. I have seen drastic color changes in my Uroplatus as well. Here's some shots I got last night of one of my male U. sikorae.

I'll have to take some pictures of mine as they change.
Personally, I prefer their daytime colors as appose to the nightime change.
Beautiful animals, by the way.

Here he is pretending to be a stick by day:

This is my favorite shot. The room was pitch black - 30 second exposure on a tripod. In that 30 seconds he didn't move a nanometer:

Daytime U.sikorae female. She is the one on the right.

She is usually rather pale or has a slight green hue to her with very very little patterning.

And here is the same female at night. She looks rather different...
