does anyone else here have satanics? I would appreciate any tips you can give me. what do yours like to eat? mines seem to only like crickets. do i need a heat source? the breeder mine came from says no but i get mixed answers.

High sixties (Farenheit) at most, high humidity, calcium supplementation, gut loaded crickets and roaches.

Temperatures do not need to be that low. They will do fine at constant temps of 78 or so. I personally have kept mine at 80 and had no issues. Also, I believe the high humidity to be the downfall of most. Trying to keep them constantly humid will only lead to infection. If you mist once at night that should suffice. Check the relative humidity in your room and if it is near 50% a single misting at night is good. I let the substrate completely dry out in all of my phantasticus vivariums.
