Maybe...maybe not. 4 inches snout to tail is still a pretty small and young one. It might take a bit more time to know for sure. I just have that hunch it's male...ya know?
edit: ....and no, I haven't noticed the dots making a difference at all. All of my sikorae and sameiti have them.
