I don't want to squash your hopes, but I actually saw mine breed and then I got dud eggs. I've seen them breed since then and still no good eggs. She actually got down in the laybox and dug a hole like she was going to lay but no good eggs. But mine is a first year import, so maybe it's an acclimation thing. I certainly wish you better luck than I've had with mine.

My female looks very similar to yours, Steve. now that I've actually seen her drop good ones I can tell you that mine appeared to be carrying the eggs VERY high. I can only compare against henks, but the henk carried lower toward the hips. The fimb had hers much further up, like lower-mid abdomen.
