I was wondering if anyone knew how to tell the age of a leo by looking at it's skin/tail/size. I can't remember how long I have had her & I got her as a baby. She is roughly 4-4.5 in. long

Growth varies by husbandry, health, and food intake. There's no way to determine the exact age unless if there's a hatch date. If it was a 100% healthy gecko, that grew at a normal/average rate, 4" is around 1 1/2 months old to 3 months old. Big window.
