Default She learned (sort of) how to use a door!

In the last week, whether due to warmer weather or her finally being used to me, Azula's shown interest in coming out of her tank. The video was her first excursion, and since then she's learned to use the right side of the door and at 8:30 every night she comes up the door and demands to be let out to explore my bed and whatever's on it.

She's taken to having short breaks to warm up on my hands between bouts of exploring. Usually she'll come out multiple times in one night - I'll put her back only to turn around and she's staring me down and climbing up to the door again.

I wasn't expecting her to ever really seek out interaction like this so it's a nice surprise! I first thought that maybe she needs a bit of a change in her tank, so I moved stuff around and put new things in, but nope it turns out she just enjoys being out and about!

My bearded dragon (when she's not brumating) regularly slides her door open a bit. In the spring and summer, she and the male get to come out and run around the living/dining room. They nod at each other and then go their separate ways.

What a cute baby! I love the name, by the way.
