Unhappy How do you get over a loss???

Hi, I've posted a few times on the sick board trying to get help my Leo after getting what I thought was bad advice from my Vet. It doesn't really matter now because my precious "Squirt" passed away sometime in the night. I don't think my husband quite understands how devastated I am over the loss of my baby girl. She was only about two and a half and had a lot of life left in her (for her age). She was so sweet. She loved climbing up my arm and hanging out on my neck under my hair. I am going to miss her so very very much!!!

Thanks for sharing. I'm so sorry that Squirt passed away last night. I hope time will ease your suffering.

Here's a rose to ease your pain. May Squirt rest in paradise.

I feel a little horrible now, thinking my hubby didn't understand. He couldn't talk to me about it because of how much he was hurting. I didn't find that out until this evening when our daughter came over for us to bury her. Yes, I know, we are very strange ppl but we love our pets as our children, no matter what the size.

Not strange at all. My condolences for your loss. I'm sure the time that Squirt had with you was well spent. Take comfort in that.
