    Hello

this morning I found one of my geckos not moving and looks like it has a difficulty to move or stand up. His stomach is flat and very soft like it has not eaten, although until yesterday night it ate normally. It is opening its mouth like it needs to throw up but nothing.

does anyone know what is wrong please?
my gecko is very lively but it now looks tired with no energy.

    please help.
    thanks

    Welcome to Geckos Unlimited!

What did your leo eat last night? Was it bigger than the space between your leo's eyes? I am wondering whether he is having trouble breathing?

Please post a picture of your leo and his habitat asap.

How are you supplementing his diet with calcium and vitamins? Please mention the brand names and specific products that you use.

Does he have a dish of pure calcium carbonate in his tank 24/7?

Check out your husbandry against these Leo Guidelines and get back with us: http://www.geckosunlimited.com/commu...12-update.html

    Hi again
Above is the video of my leopard gecko that I told you about.

He ate meal worms, they were small. I dust them with Zoo Med Repti Calcium without D3, and I leave a small container with it for 24 hours. Twice a week, I dust them with Zoo Med Reptivite with D3.

It does look like he is having trouble breathing.

Ok, I can see him now...not moving at all

You are keeping pure calcium carbonate in the tank 24/7?

Light dusting 2x per week with Reptivite with D3? Note that you dust every feeding with something! Here we recommend only 2x per week dusting with the Reptivite with D3. Are you lightly dusting?

    How are your other leos?

    No sand in the tank?

Are you familiar with MBD, metabolic bone disease? That can be caused by too little vitamin D3 as well as too much vitamin D3.
