new baby leopard gecko not eating, drinking or pooping

My new baby gecko isn't eating, drinking, or pooping. I got him 4 days ago and and all he does is sleep I have the temp around the 80s. I know there nocturnal but ill wake up at 3am and he still sleeping. I took him out to handle him and we walks around and dose things. In the cage I have him an paper towels and he was kept on ceramic in the pet shop.

Temps should range from 88-93 F on the warm end of the tank to roughly the low to mid 70s F on the cool end.
