No idea about the eye thing. For some reason "poor aim" seems to be a big deal with leopard geckos and I don't know why. If you got her as a juvenile and now she's getting bigger, she may have had the expected drop in appetite. Try feeding her every 2-3 days and see what heppens. You can also use a piece of plexiglass to block off a smaller area in the cage, remove the furniture from that area and give her a smaller, uncluttered place for hunting.
