Default Shedding Troubles, Looking For Answers ASAP

Alright, I have a Leo that I got 11/29/17, at time of purchase I was told she was between 12 and 16 weeks. She had her first shed about a week after we brought her home, which went very well, she shed over night with absolutely no problems! This last shed, however, she still has some skin hanging on.. She started shedding a few days ago (I have the exact date written down somewhere, I can add that info if pertinent). Basically all of her shed is gone and she had no problems, however yesterday she had some skin still on her nose and near one of her eyes. I thought I could give her a little sauna and she would sort it out - no. Skin is still there today, and she's holding her eye a tiny bit shut due to it. We pulled her out tonight and gave her a little rub with a warm-watered Q-tip - still the skin would not come off.
I was wondering if there was a better way to get the remaining skin off so it's not bothering her anymore, and so it doesn't cause any harm to her. Can organic mineral oil help??

I'll attach some photos for visual aid, please help me!

Give her a soak in some warm water and drip some onto the not shed skin. Then, gently pick the skin off with tweezers. BE SUPER CAREFUL.
