Default Leopard geko has white spot on her belly (video inside)

I bought this gecko a few months ago, shes quite young and is ovulating so not eating much (this is her first time). She eats in bursts every week and is still gaining weight. Lately I have noticed a white spot has shown up on her belly under the skin. Does anyone know what this might be?

Could that white spot be the start of an infertile egg? Is it getting bigger?
