If your gecko is sick, please describe the signs and how long your gecko has been showing these signs:
It's been 3 days she just looks miserable. She usually rushes out to greet us day or night but now she just sits there eyes closed head up a bit. Moves around a lot, does not seem comfortable. Will not eat and she is usually a pig. Does a hard swallow thing every minute or so. Nothing is coming out of nose, no yawning. No weight loss but tail seems smaller and she looks a bit wrinkly. If you bug her she will open eyes and struggle with vigor. First day tummy was a bit hard but now soft like usual. 2 days before starting to feel bad she was way overfed mealworms(25-30) Also her heat pad seemed to be a bit off, was acting erratic, not getting to temp maybe 87 max. New heat pad in place holding at 89-92. She pooped the first day she felt bad, looked ok, she hung out at the pooping spot for hours. Gave her a few baths but she does not enjoy it at all. Humidity in room is 37-40% she does not ever use humid hide. Only had her 2 months about, retired breeder. About a month ago we had a 24 hour power outage but I manage to keep her around 85 the whole time. There is no exotic vet close to me but I could get any medication if needed. I'm worried. Help please.

I have no idea about the swallow thing. You may want to ask the breeder you got her from if she tended to brumate (sleep most of the time) during the winter. Some of my leopard geckos are barely eating at this time of year and others are still hungry. I think any further diagnosis is going to have to be from a reptile vet. To see if there's any possibility that there's a vet near you, check out arav.org.
