Default Baby Leopard Gecko with a mole?

Newbie here! My son got a Leopard Gecko for Xmas. Hes about 8 weeks old. Very curious and easy to handle. Eating good and we are in love with Leonardo Di Gecko. But tonight when we were handling him, we noticed a black bump/dot on his belly. Not the organs. More like a mole/freckle. My little gecko dad is very worried about his baby. Ive got a decent pic. Any ideas? Oh, and if anyone can confirm Leonardo is a boy from the pic, double thanks!322B6B21-A10E-494B-BFE4-89FE92C71587.jpg38662982-E882-4742-8D4A-644B39BB2E4F.jpg

It's a little hard to see from the picture, but some leopard geckos just have unexpected spots or dots of color. It's often called a "paradox spot". I'm assuming what you're seeing is on the skin, not part of the insides. If it's part of the insides, it may just be poop or pee and will probably disappear when the time is right.

As far as the sex of the gecko goes, it is very hard to determine that until they are about 6 months old (or older.) I cannot tell from the pictures whether Leonardo is a boy or not.
