i can get pangea gecko food from Amazon (thanks to Amazon at least they send pangea products) also i can get crickets but to hold them i need to shock them first im not used to hold crickets but i can hold various larvaes without hesitation since i love fishing

By the way i purchased"Pangea Fruit Mix With Insects Crested Gecko Complete Diet 1/2 lb" from amazon im slightly collecting needs before purchase my gecko

Excellent choice! Keep the Pangea food in the refrigerator to prolong it's shelf life. Keeping it airtight in the freezer may even be better??????

When you "shock" the crickets are you killing them?

Before I used powdered diets, my crested gecko always ate crickets. Since powdered diets, he does not like crickets much at all. Maybe it's the sugar in the powdered diets?

Try alternating the powdered food with insects right from the beginning.

no no was joking i mean by shocking give electric to them since i cant hold crickets ) i will put food to fridge thanks for advice, and i can give meal worm easily.

Squeeze all the air out of the Pangea bag before you zip it closed. Then refrigerate.
