Default Setting up a new tank

    Hello everyone,
I'd like to set up a new tank for one of my leos. I've only had naturalistic setups before, and with this tank I kind of want to go wild. I'm thinking of black stones with sparkly crystals and colorful LEDs integrated, giving it a "phantasy glowing crystal cave look". So now i wonder, do Leos actually care what their setup looks like? Is it fine to use colored lights (purple, red, blue) instead of plain white/yellow ones?
Of course I'd still provide the essentials, like a heat map, proper substrate and hides.

I doubt theyre fussy on what it looks like. As long as it is safe for them and keeps them entertained on a night. I think it would look cool!

The lights will interfere with their day/night cycle, which can lead to problems. You might not see the lights as bright, but the geckos are nocturnal, the lights will be blinding to them.
The pointy crystals don't look safe, either, I can see the gecko getting hurt by them.
