Default Changing enclosures while not eating(ovulating)?

We have had her a month and a half and was eating like a pig till 2 weeks ago when she started refusing food. She is very active and alert so I figure this is her first ovulation/puberty. We originally put her in a 15 gallon as it was all we had with a heating pad but now her permanent tank is ready to go and all set up. Would it be best if we waited till she started eating again before moving her? I don't want to prolong her fasting by stressing her. All of her huts and decorations would move with her to the new enclosure. It would be helpful if she could move because the original tank does not have a cover and I must keep the room closed because of a cat. With hotter weather on the way we would need to open the door to let the A/C in a bit. Thanks for any pointers.

I would go ahead and move her. They're not such delicate flowers as all that!
