Any help would be very much appreciated!! Thanks!

Normally with a rack, you would use heat tape. It should be affixed to the shelf, under the bins. However- drawer systems such as what you have pictured usually don't have shelves under the bins.

Yes, exactly! That's why I was wondering on how I would be able to heat the bins?

You could put heat tape or a heat mat on the back of each bin. I had a rack that was heated that way. Are you planning to modify those bins in any way? I assume you'll make air holes. The bins, being opaque (as far as I can see) will be nearly pitch black all the time, so you also may want to consider cutting holes in the side and installing some screening for ventilation and light.

Yes, I do plan on adding ventilation holes to promote airflow.
Also, by putting a heat mat on the back of the bin, did it reach desired temps? Were they all the same temps?
I plan on putting the heat mat by the side though, since that's where my warm hide would be.
Cheers!
