    Question Moist hide

Hello everyone Im a new leopard gecko mama to our sweet baby girl Blaze. We have had her for two weeks now. She has a uth and a ceramic heating lamp too that keeps her cage between 89-90 degrees. Her tank is a zoomed 25 gallon tank that opens in the front. She eats meal worms, super worms and wax worms as a treat, shes also tong fed too. She also eats discoids when I can get them here in Florida lol. She has three hides a cool, hot and moist hide that has sproghum moss in it I have it in a mason jar covered in a black sock. She poops fine and eats extremely well lol. My question is she LOVES HER moist hide and sleeps in it every single day. I spray it once a day when she comes out to eat. Is it ok that she stays in there all the time? She does come out to eat and to go poop but she goes right back inside afterwards.

    Thank you all so much

Some geckos fall in love with their moist hides. This is not unusual and it's fine. One day she may fall in love with a different spot and you'll see her there all the time. If your cage floor temperatures are 89-90 degrees that's great. If the air is that temperature it's way too hot.
