Exclamation New gecko pale and ready to shed for 2 days. How do I introduce it to the humid hide?

He is stressed and has been in his warm hide for the past couple of days and won't eat. I believe he is ready to shed but I don't think he even knows the humid hide exists. How do I introduce him to it?

You can try putting him in his humid hide if he'll let you. Most of my geckos don't shed in their humid hides so it's not required.

    Welcome to Geckos Unlimited!

I've found that the location of the humid hide makes a difference in it's use. I suggest placing the humid hide totally on the warm end & right next to the warm dry hide. Warmth + moisture = a good shedding environment.
