As for the undigested food, I've only seen that a few times with the less digestible bugs like calci-worms (black soldierfly larva). The both ate them, but it seemed that they didn't always digest them and they were in the stool after. I stopped feeding them because it felt like a waste.
From a medical standpoint, passing food too quickly can be a symptom of parasites like pin worms, not quite diarrhea but their gut is moving a little too fast. Might be worth getting a fecal checked, esp if they eat crickets.
Hard part is getting a fresh sample before it dries out. A trick can be to give them a 10min warm water bath to get things moving(just make sure the water is only deep enough to touch their belly and not too warm)

We only had an undigested food issue once and, interestingly, I had given him some calciworms along with mealworms. Since then, he flat out refuses to even consider eating the calci-worms. Yesterday while I was getting his food into his food dish, he decided to get impatient and climbed up on top of his humid cave. First time he's done that. HE's getting much more adventurous.
