    My blizzard is also testy. He will let me handle him but if he is in a bad mood, he can snap at me.

    I have some trempers that are testy with me and other geckos. I do not breed them when they are mean like that. I don't know if it is genetic but when I was a child my family bred German Shepherd Dogs. And the aggressive ones never got to breed with the gentle ones. (we bred pets and police dogs.) Under the belief my mother had that temperament is hereditary.

    Yea temperament is heretirary in geckos. It's more a are of I've never seen a nice blizzard. Because I'd prefer to replace her. Especially aggression towards other geckos.
