I have heard horror stories about it. Impaction and all. Idk how big your geckos are but they say not to use it with babies. I dont know if ill use it at all to be honest, I don't wanna see Sobe get hurt.

An inch of sand, no matter what type, is too much. That's a big part of why people end up with impaction issues with leos...they use too much sand. A fine layer of sand is really all that you need/want. But, as I believe has been pointed out to you several times already, your leo is really too young to be on sand currently. You really need to get your basic husbandry skills down and consistent for a while prior to making things harder for yourself.

It lasted me a couple of months. It probably could have lasted a little longer but its easy just to make a new batch.
