Exclamation My new Leo fell!! HELP!

I just got my new leo home and before I could put him from the small container into his tank he ran and fell on the floor from the table. Its not a far drop only like 3 feet. Should I be worried?

His legs seem fine for now but I want to be sure.

Any feedback would be great.

Thanks

Congratz on the new leo!

If he/she is walking fine then it shouldn't be a problem just keep monitoring for abnormalities in the walk/run/crawl. Something similar happened to me when I first got my leos and they were just fine .

He/she should be alright just a little startled from the trip to your home. Remember to keep handling to a minimum during the first week or two to allow for acclimation !

Thanks for the reassurance. I hope it will be alright. And I know not to handle it for the first week or two. I am new to geckos but not to lizards. (i have a family of armadillo lizards)

Any other feedback would still be helpfull.

I've had a couple of flighty leos decide to try to learn to fly, and all of them are fine. As long as he seems alright, give him a little observation, let him be, and just let him adjust to his new home. Have fun with your little guy, but be careful.

I was sexing my female leo, and to do this i was putting her in a tank with nothing in then looking underneath it, as i was putting her in, she did sort of a flip off my hand and landed on her back on the glass, there was a thud, but she seemed fine after. Oh and she is definitely a "she" ha ha.
