I think i might get some slate tiles and break them into random shapes and sizes and lay them in the bottom and fill the gaps with kids play sand. I am gonna look for new things for her like the idea of a coconut- was it hard to make into a hide?
Chip your viv sounds wicked try and post some pics would love to see one, ill psot some og mine when i have changed it all- just hope that this time she explores more- well its tough if she dont i aint changing it again x

As for themouth thing i checked on her when i came in from work and she has had a shed today, since shedding it look as though this thing has gone although i cant be sure because shes well moody before and after shedding i leave well alone for a few days, booked her in to a vets on monday so we will see!
I also wanted to ask if it is normalfor her to eat the shedded skin, she has done this since i got her so just assumed it was normal?

hi guys, just an update:
she had a shed yesterday and as far as i can tell this 'thing' on her lip has now gone so i think maybe it was just skin from a previous shed that hadn't come off she is eating again, although i haven't tried on crickets but will try ober the weekend and let u know how she gets on with them. Thanx for the advice and tips xx
