Default Best way to transport to vets?

Hi there, my leo has an appointment at the vets tomorrow, and it's about 20-30 minutes away. It is a bit cold over here, and I was thinking of putting her in a small plastic tank which will be easier to transport, and wrapping a hot water bottle up in a tea towel so there is no direct heat onto her.
Would you think this is ok?
I am going to take a flask of hot water too, to fill up for the way back.
Does this sound ok?
Anybody else have any good ways of safely and comfortably transporting their leo's?
Any suggestions would be great

I'd just use a small "gladware" type container with some holes in it for air exchange and paper towel in the bottom. A water bottle, etc filled with warm water will work just fine. A 20-30 min ride isn't really much to worry about unless it's REALLY cold where you happen to live.

Thanks Ethan. Even though it is a 20-30 minute ride my dad is insisting we set of an hour before the appointment. She has just done a funny poop, but I will post it in another thread, because it isn't really relevant in this one.

I would go with a shoebox and a cooler.

If you're driving, the car heat should be more than adequate. Just get a container that she won't slide around in and run the heat.

Well my dad was supposed to be taking me in the car, as I know the old crappy busses we have would be rickety and would stress her out, but then my dad said he couldn't be bothered so I had to reschedule.
The thing is, it that the lump in her tummy is getting bigger and it is clumped in the centre of her stomach, there are no dark patches on her abdomen, apart from a faint v shape which i believe to be her liver. I am not sure. I did feed her a small cricket, and I am kind of regretting it now. I don't know what to do with her at all, she seems perky and ok, but that lump isn't supposed to be there.
