that lump does look odd. and i think there is a smaller one on the shoulder? i hope it's nothing serious.

I agree J.P. Something looks off about that bump. The large one seems farther back than other calcium/fat deposits I've seen and it really does look like there is a smaller one above the shoulder joint as well.

The calcium your using is it with or with-out Vitamin D3? I think D3 can build up in non basking reptiles.

Sure can. That's why they develop calcium deposits. Stopping the use of calcium for a few days reduced them and eventually they go away.

How is he getting out of his tank?
What temps are the tank? What humidity? Leopard Gecko's will escape if they can more often than not, but maybe the environment in the tank is playing a factor. If not, then you need to make sure the baby can't get out, because it will be fatal if you stand on them, or they will never be found. How is he getting out? Is there any holes?
