Talking Meet my new rescue RAMONCIT@! A 3 legged leo hatchling

A couple of weeks ago one friend sent me a picture of a very cute albino tangerine hatchling with only 3 legs (He breeds leos professionally) and immediately I was in love with it!! I told him he was very very cute but my friend said, "Yes, too bad he won't last much longer, we are plannning on putting him down today, he had an accident and lost one leg" I couldn't believe it!!! I asked, begged for him to not do that and that I would be more than happy to care for him!! the thing is my friend lives in another city... we managed to pick him up and now he is my latest rescue!!! He is SOOOOO sweet, eats perfectly, sheds fine, walks around a little slowly, but he definitively moves around!! I love him so much, I set him up in a 10 gallon tank and one of my favourite geckos now!! Here are some pics: (In chronological order, the first from day one and the last one from yesterday, his tail has gotten fatter!! ) I believe he can live just fine, just needs me to hand feed him (with tweezers) because he is a really bad hunter, it takes him about 5-7 tries to get a mealworm from a dish, and almost impossible to get a cricket or grasshopper! I am hand feeding him grasshoppers every day and I leave a mealworm dish at all times with 3-4 mealies just in case he wants one.... yesterday I gave him a couple baby roaches for the first time and he seemed to like it!!!
Anyways, I am such a proud mother I wanted to share some pics!!
(Do you think he'll develope a carrot tail -look at the last picture specificly, from yesterday-??? he is one month exactly today)

Isn't he the most gorgeous 3 legged tangerine albino hatchling you have ever seen?????

He looks great. I have seen some videos of other geckos that lost legs and they seemed to do just fine, though I imagine they need a bit of help catching things, so I am really glad you saved the little one.

Jack,
Yeah!! LOL, you know, his name is something similar.... but in spanish (I live in Venezuela, South America), people who lack one leg, or one arm, or one hand are called MOCHOS (in spanish) and the short for RAMONCITO is MONCHITO, well, it's hard to explain and make sense of the joke in english, hehehe anyways... there is a sense-joke in his name, like tripod it is funny because he walks like he had a cane , soooooo cute (a little slow, but with personality!)
