Looks like a nice looking normal to me, IMHO, for it to be jungle he shouldn´t have bands, not even in the tail, when they have spots instead of bands in the body they are aberrant, and when they have spots in both, bodies and tails, they are jungle, here are some examples of aberrants/jungles, the smaller one is aberrant, because his tail pattern is normal, but he has ¨jungle¨ in his body, the larger one is jungle because the weird pattern extends to his tail:
