Talking My New Girl
Just brought home my new girl last night Althaea. She is a normal, 4 years old and a sweetie. Wouldn't you know it, she is in shed LOL.

She's adorable! You'll fall in love sooo fast! I'm just smitten with leo's! There are so many in shelters and that need new homes. People who buy them as pets often don't realize that it's a pretty big commitment and that they'll live for 15 years or so. Then they end up on craigslist, in shelters, you name it!
She'll prolly be done shedding by tomorrow. If you periodically check on her through out the day the dulling will slowly move up her body and she'll probably be mostly dull by tonight. Bump up her humidity in her humid hide a bit and she'll prolly shed overnight and be bright and sunny tomorrow morning. All my little ones tend to shed overnight and I miss it or I catch the last bit of it in the morning before I go to work.

Thanks Yoshi'sMom. As soon as I get home at noon I need to move her humid hide to the warm side of the tank as the previous owner has it on the wrong side. Any other suggestions? I have read the caresheets over and over again....LOL

Kelly I think its too late. Not Leos in particular but definately geckos. To think at the beginning of Sept I had nadda. Now I have one salamander and 3 geckos....... gotta quit telling the friends and coworkers about my new hobby though they are ready to bring in the straight jacket.....LOL
