Default Rare morph...

Very rare leo with pale yellow and black spots.
I think I'm going to call this the "leopard" morph since it kind of looks like a leopard.

Holy $hit dude! That's nuts! Did you paint the spots on? Why aren't it's eyes red? Are the irises supposed to look like that? Weird.

Actually, on a serious note, even more rare is that this is het for nothing with truly old school traceable pure genetics! There has never been any sort of morphed genetics in its entire family tree. And that is indeed an actual rare occurrence these days. Now, if I could only find a truly old school male for her I'd be all set.

I have a pretty girl that looks just like her. She's very pretty. Old school "normals" are so under rated.

This female (and her sibling that I also own) are both F2's. Unfortunately, their parents are like 20 years old and don't seem to be producing any more. So, I can't get a sibling male from the same bloodlines. It's a shame because these 2 girls that I have are just a couple of years old, unbred, and ready to go. But I refuse to put them with any sort of morphed genetics. If I breed them, I want to keep the true old school wild type genetics alive. It's almost impossible to find a true F2 or F3 that has a family tree that can be traced back. That in itself makes me rather sad to think about. It's a good example of how morphs can ruin a species when left unchecked.

PS, if your friend wants to try breeding that F1 male, have him ship it to me and I'll give him a go at my girls

He actually bred him before just not with a female with a traceable history, actually one of my girls is from him. I know he gets eggs from the pair still he just doesn't incubate them so no clue if thay are still firtle as he just feeds them to his ackies. I'll message him to find out if thesis is a true f1, but might not beable to do that for a couple days as I'll be in NC and the site I know him from isn't always iPhone friendly. If you want to contact him just pm and I'll give you the specifics of where you can find him.
