MBD is complex and not always caused by lack of calcium, VitD, mv's alone. What substrate was she on? Impaction can also cause hind leg paralysis. Has it been diagnosed by a vet?

The problem is if she is having hind leg paralysis, it's very likely she will need more intense treatment. Possibly controlled doses given by injection or orally which must be carefully administered by a vet. You can try and just continue to dust her insects with Calcium with D and multivitamins, but it depends on the severity of her condition. I highly recommend that you take that 2 hour drive or do your best to find one closer for her well being. Proffesional treatment will make a big difference in recovery and increase her chances to live. Here is a long page of information you can look over to make sure she is in the best condition possible.
