Default Thank you everyone!!!!

I just wanted to thank all of you for your advice. We got to watch our Leo eat 10 crickets last night! It was such a relief.! We now have a digital thermometer in the take, I stuck the probe at first in his hide and it read 95 so that temp is good. We now have it on the side wall at bottom of tank and it doesnt get over 84? We have the heating pad on and two red heat lamps running, I don't think we can do much else?

Great news. Just remember one rule: Everything to do with heating is on ONE SIDE with leopard geckos. You should have the thermostat probe, under-tank heater, and light on the same side to monitor proper heat there. You only need 1 light for warmth -on the hot side only- in a 10 gallon, two might cook him.
Since you have a thermometer on the cool side just monitor the temp there not to drop below 75 or so (hopefully NOT the thermostat probe which should be on the hot side). If it does you can use that other light you bought to help raise temps, but not too much as they need both a hot and a cool side (but does it really get below 70F in your home?).

That's it.

Just making sure you get this as you mentioned a probe on the cool side, and that it was the thermometer and not the thermostat. Very glad to hear he's doing well!
