Default Might have infection in my geckos tail :(

My mack snow leopard gecko recently shed but very unsuccessfully i had to finish it for her but there was one bit on her tail tip that hasnt dried out and wasnt going to come off. i left it for a day to see if it would dry out and it hasnt. so i stuck her in some water and tried to soak it off and it still wont come off. every day i have tried that and she shed 2 days again, just got home from work and noticed that where it is, it has started to bleed. im really worried now as i cant take her to the vets until at least wednesday and i have no idea what to do and am very worried some one please advise

All you can do is keep it clean until the vet appointment. I would dilute peroxide 50/50 with water and gently clean the area and apply an antibiotic ointment. Keep everything in the enclosure clean. Keep us posted

My leo has a hard time sheding so when I see that she is about to shed I have a plastic container with holes in the lid. I fill it with warm water, enoph water to cover the feet, maybe a bit more. Put her in the container, the lid MUST have holes in it. Then place the container in her tank. If you have a heating rock or heating pad in her cage place the container near or on them to keep the water warm. Leave her in the container for about 20 min. Take her out and gently rub the dead skin that didn't come off during her shed. then place her back in her tank. If you have a humid area in her tank place here there. I would also do what cricker4you said.
