We need to see a clear, well lit picture of the geckos vent area in order to help you out. But here's another guide:

Wink Gecko Sexing
To sex a leo, look at their belly. If there is a 'V' shape of dots at the tail base, then it is a male. Also, males have bulges at the tail base. Females have two, close together openings. Hope this helps If you send me a pic of your leo showing his tail base on his belly, I can sex him or her for you

A male will have a bulge by the base of his tail, with a row of V shaped pores above it. A female will not. You can typically be able to sex them by the time they're 4 months old. You can send me a picture of your baby if you want me to sex him/her!
