Hello!!
If the female already has eggs, separate her, the male could only cause more stress to her.
When you refer to "the tupperware" you mean the one you prepared for her to lay the eggs?? Or the one to put inside the incubator?? Or are you planning on using the same box? She will most likely lay eggs several times with no need to mate again, so, IŽd recomend to have 2 boxes, one with moist vermiculite inside the enclosure (what we call a "laying box") for her to lay her eggs, and then gently remove the eggs and put in a second container also with moist vermiculite inside the incubator, for them to incubate... both boxes should be warm before the eggs are laid... so, in the enclosure the laying box should be on top of the UTH, and the incubation box should already be inside the incubator, with a regulated temperature from 26 to 33 degrees celsius!! And be very aware of the female, she will start refusing food (in most cases) and she will make a little vermiculite mess when she lays, when you see the vermiculite has been moved around dig very gently and youŽll find a pair of white eggs in there!! best of lucks
