Default Shedding question?

I'm new to Leos so please bare with me.

Tomorrow marks me having my Leo for 4 weeks. Now I've read that theyre suppose to shed every 1-4 weeks and yet she hasn't. She has definantly gained weight since she's been with me and is eating great I was just curious as to why she hasn't. I have no idea how old she is guessing only a few months as she isn't very big.

Thanks everyone!

Don't worry. It will happen. She/he will shed for you, probably soon if you've had it for four weeks.
She/he may have also shed already and you just missed it (they eat their shed and leave no evidence).
When they shed, it can take up to two whole days to fully get ready to shed and actually shed. Sometimes it takes less time. I've missed my leo's shedding one or two times.
You'll notice it's color going dull starting from the tail and going up.
Just make sure you've provided a humid hide to aid in the shedding process. If the humidity is too low it will cause problems with shedding and they can miss a few spots- mostly on the toes, tail, and top of head.
Also make sure that when your leo is done shedding you check to make sure there isn't any retained shed.
