Leopard Gecko: adding new member to terrarium.
I have a 7-or-8 months old male Leopard Gecko. Very healthy, very active, and very docile (he allows us to pet him, and climbs and stays in our shoulders). He's 9 inches long, chubby and with a healthy fat tail.
Looking into adding another (or others) to the terrarium. I read about not adding another male as well as not adding just one female, to avoid rivalry, so let's say i will add two females. I also read about quarantining the newcomers for a period to avoid spreading unwanted deceases the newcomers may bring. so far so good.
My main concern is this: if i get two juveniles, what are the chances that the existing one will see the newcomers as prey, once they're added to the terrarium? has anyone had this issue when bringing new members to the environment?
Terrarium: Exo-Terra 36"(wide) x 24"(tall) x 18"(deep) with plenty of hideouts and moist hideout as well.
