My male leo has a black scab looking thing on his mouth, it is not food, it is definitely some form of cut/scab. I cleaned it with hydrogen peroxide and it looks much better.

Hello,

Any cheesy looking material inside his mouth? salivating? feces look normal? If none of these apply and his mouth looks clear inside it could have been a scab from a worm bite. He is super cute btw

There is no pus, no salivation, his mouth does not hang open and it appears localized to one side. I will continue to monitor it and probably apply a bit more peroxide in the next few days and see if it clears up , but so far it is looking promising.
And thanks, I have a female to match him as well .
