Default shedding toes

Hi. I just have a simple question.
When Star sheds, she always has a little left over on her toes. I keep an eye on this and give her up to two days to get it off herself before I intervene. Is this ok or should I be getting the stuck shed off right away?

Hello Angey,

I don't see a problem with waiting a few days. Try to maintain the humidity at 40-45 which should avoid this problem or at least it will allow the shed to come off easier while they move around without you having to intervene.

I dont usually have to intervene, she can usually get it off on her own but almost always takes a day or two. I use paper towel in her moist hide and wet it once a day, and twice a day during shedding. She does ok with her shed everywhere else, just seems to have a little trouble with her toes.
