I just entered my inbox and saw this message. I was attempting to reply to another. I apologize for my long delay. I really enjoy yellow Ackies (V.a. brachyurus), and am hoping to get into V. tristis tristis. I also really enjoy V. dumerilii and V. panoptes horni. I would recommend against V. doreanus as this is can be an equally shy and aggressive species. They are largely difficult captives. If you have more species specific questions, please ask. I find anything in Odatria to be very rewarding.

Hey man I was just wondering which of your varanus you enjoyed the most/least. I have a want list with some of those on it. I currently have yellow ackies and tristis orientalis. Take care and talk to you soon. JT
