Default Questions of concern

I have a few questions concerning my new gecko's behaviour (I'm relatively new to the gecko world, this is my second gecko). It's only a couple weeks old, I bought it yesterday off of a breeder. I've noticed that it can't get a grip on things, it has trouble climbing the decor (I have been misting the tank, but is not saturated in water so I know this is not the cause). What is causing this? Also I've noticed it's been licking it's nose rather frequently (more so than my other gecko) and that it suddenly appears to stop breathing, which is pretty freaky. I'm really sorry if this is just naturally occurring stuff, but since I never really witnessed it with the other gecko I have, I'm just concerned something might be wrong. Help is appreciated!

Can there be a problem with misting leos or cresties directly. i wasn't sure if they could get respiratory infections like chameleons.
