can i breed meal worms and wen they turn into beetles give them to my tokays ?

Most geckos don't tend to like the beetles.

Hmm...i was also wondering this as most tokays will eat anything, like would their be a better meat/exoskeleton ratio or protein/fat ratio? compared to regular mealworms?

i dont think he'd like them. The beetles let out a weird smelling chemical when threatened, its their defense mechanism.
