Unhappy help shedding concern

Hi really hope someone can put my worried mind at rest. I have a very large healthy leo, 3 years old ( male). When i rescued him 6 months ago i took him to the vets. apart from being starved missing 3 toes due to shedding, and being in a horrible viv i was given advice and meds ect. I am a terrible over worried mum, Gerrard has since been back to the vets last week and she was amazed at how well and massive he is. So much so she took a pic of him ( very proud). I showed her my little book with temp, food, shedding, poohing, ect . Any behavriol diffrences and she said him shedding every 18 days to the day is quite alot. But was baffled as is is to healthy. Please please am i worried for nothing. ?????????
He lives in a 5 star hotel, has everything he needs, i have everything i should have in there and nothing i shouldnt .
