I think you are being overly worried here...
Keep up with your normal routine and it should be fine. (What species are we talking about here by the way? I'm assuming a leopard gecko?) If you were misting once a day before, then keep misting once a day. If tonight is the normal night to feed, feed tonight.
If you get a chance, just take a look at him and make sure that all the skin has been shed properly and that there isn't any still on the toes or tail or anything. If it wasn't shed in it's entirety, then you might have to change your husbandry slightly to help facilitate a clean shed the next time.
